Retirement Health Wins

I've always been a very fit person but not always the healthiest. Since retiring I've focused more on this aspect of my priorities list. I read lots about how to get a better night's sleep, and other lifestyle changes that help me stay healthier for longer such as diet and exercise. I walk a lot and continue to improve my yoga skills which really have helped with my stiffness and well-being. I would love to hear some other motivational stories from people who have got themselves on the right track who maybe thought that it was not possible for them before retirement.
